A Journey of Adventure and Learning for Your Child

About Venture Christian Preschool

Venture Christian Preschool is committed to nurturing the whole child socially, emotionally, intellectually, physically, and spiritually – heart, mind, body, and soul. Our developmentally-appropriate learning curriculum includes large and small muscle activities, kindergarten readiness, science, art, language, music, literature, and Bible concepts + stories. We continually strive to remain current in early childhood methods.

We believe God is not only a part of our lives but actively involved in all aspects of our lives. Prayer, Bible stories, and activities are integrated daily and references to God’s love are also made throughout the day.

Christian teachers promote a warm and caring atmosphere full of active fun and creativity as children not only learn their ABCs and 123s, but also learn how to help, care for, and respect others.

Working at Venture Christian Preschool

We carefully select staff who love God with all of their heart, soul, mind, and strength and love children with Christ-like love. Staff selection is based on the ability to relate well with children, parents, and co-workers.

Work experience and/or training in children’s education is preferred. Specifically, the teachers of the Preschool and PreKinder classes must hold a degree in early childhood education, elementary education, or equivalent education and experience as approved by the Preschool Board and the Elder Board of Venture Christian Church. Staff must also be members of Venture Christian Church or active members of other Christian Churches.

Venture Christian Church promotes quality and professionalism in all its ministries. To help plan appropriate learning activities for young children, our staff are encouraged to attend conferences or seminars are first-aid and CPR/AED certified.
