Shaylee grew up in Unionville, MO, and attended Ozark Christian College. She joined Venture in July 2020. Shaylee has a passion for intercultural ministry and strives to use her gifts to combat racism. Shaylee enjoys exploring new cities, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, reading, camping, and eating. She also likes to go on walks, drink coffee while watching the sunrise, exercise, and talk to her mom. In April 2020, Shaylee married her best friend, Spencer, in a Zoom wedding. Things to know about Shaylee: vegetables are her favorite food, and she never learned to ride a bike!
