This part-time role is a key administrative position designed to coordinate digital, print, and other forms of communication within Venture's ministry. Candidates should exhibit strong attention to detail and experience in project management. Hours vary throughout the year but should average 20 hours per week. Work days, hours, and locations contain flexibility, though a majority of the time should be worked from the office during normal business hours. Pay commensurate based on experience.

Venture is excited to host one resident for two years beginning June 2024. While this resident will have the primary focus of student worship ministry, he or she will gain experience and exposure to all areas of ministry.

This residency program will be in partnership with Leadership Pathway. Leadership Pathway is a nationwide leader in helping churches to train and develop young leaders.

Our Campus is located just south of 146th Street and Hazel Dell Parkway in Carmel. Venture attracts congregants from the four adjacent cities – Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, and Noblesville.
