Does your Venture Kid have the winter blahs? Send them and a friend for Flashlight Tag at the church! This event will take place from 6:30-8p on two dates in the midst of winter. Check your child in at the Children's check-in desk, leave $2 for pizza or bring a snack if they'd prefer food from home, and remember to bring a flashlight if you have one!

It isn't often that moms and daughters get to attend a special event just for them to spend quality time together...so we've planned one for you! We invite 6th-12th grade girls and their moms to join us for Coffee and Canvas on January 24 from 10-11:30a! This is a fun opportunity to laugh together, encourage one another, paint, and drink coffee! We will provide snacks, drinks, supplies, and painting instruction.

Did you know that our building is also home to Venture Christian Preschool? If you're a parent of a child going into preschool or kindergarten, come check out our Preschool Open House on January 27 from 6:30-8:00p. You'll get a chance to see what happens every day in our preschool and hear what current preschool families have to say!

Grab your pots, grab your cornhole boards, and join us for our annual Chili Cook-off & Cornhole Tournament! Enter your secret-recipe chili, jump into our cornhole tournament, or simply hang out and enjoy fellowship and delicious food. Join us for this special event from 9a-1p on Saturday, January 31. The cornhole tournament begins at 9a, while the chili cook-off starts at 11a. Whether you want to enter into either competition (where prizes are up for grabs!) or come and go as a spectator, we'd love to see you there!

You're invited to our Meet & Greet on the second Sunday of every month. We'll gather right after each service at the front of the auditorium by the baptistry. It’s a casual time to meet some leaders from Venture, ask any questions you may have, and connect more fully with some of the people who make our church special. Feel free to bring your kids. This is a great opportunity to worship in a different way with friends and family! Students will join us in the Auditorium (no Elevate that morning), and children will have their regular programming. SuperStart is a high-energy weekend event at which preteens can learn and grow in their relationships with friends, leaders, and, most importantly, God. We will spend the night at the church on Friday, provide breakfast, and go out to Bowl 32 on Saturday. 

Cost: $95.

It’s a casual time to meet some leaders from Venture, ask any questions you may have, and connect more fully with some of the people who make our church special. Feel free to bring your kids.
