It's time for Venture's annual Harvest Thanksgiving event! During Harvest Thanksgiving, we provide food to under-resourced families in our area. If you are able to participate by shopping for a meal or delivering a week's worth of groceries, please visit the kiosk in the lobby starting November 3 to pick up grocery bags with attached shopping lists or to sign up. Filled bags are due back by Sunday, November 24. • two bags of groceries (per typical family) - non-perishable canned and boxed foods, toilet paper, paper towels
• fresh produce - potatoes, apples, carrots, assorted greens, and other items as available
  assorted food items - cereal, crackers, tuna, canned vegetables, beans, etc.

• dairy products - milk, cheese, eggs, butter, and other items as available

Wheeler Mission's 22nd annual Drumstick Dash is quickly approaching! They need the help of our community to volunteer at the Drumstick Dash, as it is their largest fundraising event and crucial as they head into the winter months. All of the proceeds go back to helping Wheeler Mission provide help, hope, and healing for those experiencing homelessness.

You're invited to our Meet & Greet on the second Sunday of every month. We'll gather right after each service at the front of the auditorium by the baptistry. The holiday season is already on its way, and we are so excited for this year's Venture Kids Christmas program! During this program, we will walk through the Christmas story as we read scripture and sing classic Christmas hymns. 

Junior high and high school students are invited to join us for the Venture Students Christmas Party on December 15 from 6-8p. The first hour will be spent celebrating in small groups; then we'll spend the second hour in the Student Center playing games and eating yummy snacks!
