With the new school year on its way, we celebrate with you that your kids are growing up! Sunday morning, August 3rd, is Move Up Sunday, when your kids will start attending their 2025-2026 school grade programming. Parents, please drop off your children at locations coordinating with their 2025-2026 school grade. Ages and classrooms are as follows:

1. 5s/Kindergarten: Orange Circle

2. 1st-3rd grades: (1st-3rd Grade Worship)

3. 4th-5th grades: (4:5 Diner)

*REMINDER: Kids age 0-4 move up on their birthdays. Please see Children's Check-In whenever you would like to move them up to their new room!

Families of kids aged birth-12th grade are invited to join us on August 3rd from 6-7:30p in our outdoor space at Venture as we kick-off the school year! We will have ice cream and all sorts of games! It will be a laid-back evening of community and fun, with a time of prayer over our upcoming school year. Make sure to bring a lawn chair, and feel free to invite your neighbors and friends.

Battle of the Classes is our rebranded Field Day event from years past! The middle schoolers will have their own separate Field Day, so it's time to spice it up for the high school students.

All 9th - 12th graders are invited to participate in this event on August 17. Battle of the Classes includes outdoor field games, strategy and intense competition to see who has bragging rights for the rest of the year as the 'Best Class'.

Bring clothes you can sweat and get dirty in, as well as a towel, just in case you need to rinse off...

On August 24, we will take our worship outside the walls of our church and into our communities! On that day, we will have one worship service only (9:00a), and then our entire congregation will step out together and serve for the remainder of the morning. This will be a day to worship God not just with our voices, but with our hands and hearts! Whether you’re planting flowers, packing meals, or painting walls, every act of service is an act of worship. We are excited to Venture Out together!

Worship on the Lawn is back! Mark your calendar for August 31 and make plans to join us for one big outdoor worship service at 11:00a. You're invited to our Meet & Greet on the second Sunday of every month. We'll gather right after each service at the front of the auditorium by the baptistry. It’s a casual time to meet some leaders from Venture, ask any questions you may have, and connect more fully with some of the people who make our church special. Feel free to bring your kids.
