Zumba

Anyone age 12 and up is welcome to join us for Zumba in the 1:4 Room! 

Zumba is a fun, effective, and easy-to-follow dance exercise that's moving millions toward a healthy life. No experience in dance or fitness is required. Come as you are! There is no cost for these Zumba classes. However, while not required, a food item (canned goods, cereal, etc.) for Venture's food pantry is always welcome! Prior to class, a waiver will need to be signed.

What to bring: A small towel and a water bottle! Wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes.
