Next Gen

The Next Gen Ministry at Venture is an effort to synchronize church leaders, volunteers, and parents around a master plan to build faith and character in their sons and daughters. The Next Gen strategy is about implementing a roadmap of continued spiritual growth and assisting with how to best disciple children at their current developmental phase.

Every Weeks Matters. We want to empower our parents to ask themselves, "What are we doing this week to intentionally invest in our child's spiritual growth?" That might sound intimidating, but we want it to be exciting! Whether your child is 1 week old or 18 years old, their faith can be developed. Our Children and Student Ministries work together in our Next Gen framework to help you feel more confident as you disciple your child at home. We provide events, resources, classes, and other opportunities for every developmental phase so that you can be equipped to lead your family.
